Grand Master Moralez is the Founder and Director of the World Hsin Lu Koryu Research Alliance and Hsin Lu International located in El Paso, Texas. He is the inheritor of the Hsin Lu Chuan Shu Tong tradition from Grand Master Jesus Ventura with the endorsement of Grand Master Charles Dixon of the Shinjimasu International system. Grand Master Moralez is the single recipient of this great honor and of the in-depth training with Grand Master Jesus Ventura, leader of the Hsin Lu Tien Shan Association, which culminated in this receivership.

Grand Master Moralez was originally exposed to martial arts by studying Japanese Shotokan Karate from military personnel at Fort Bliss, Texas. He was later introduced to Gene Maxwell, an instructor under Shojino Koyama of the Shotokan Japanese Karate Association and afterward received further instruction from Kang Moon’s organization in the style of Moo Duk Wan Tae Kwon Do in 1973. In 1975, he came across Shinjimasu International Martial Arts Association (SIMA), headed by Grand Master Charles Dixon, who appointed him to the position of Senior Keligion Kai whereupon he began teaching martial arts under their tutelage. He received his first-degree Black Belt in 1976, continued to teach, and met Master Jesus Ventura of the Hsin Lu Association during this association with Shinjimasu.

Salvador Moralez, Jr.In 1987, Grand Master Moralez met Tuhon Gaudiosa Ruby and Guro Gary Ruby of the Comjuka Combat System, and began training in Filipino Martial Arts through which he met and trained with Grand Master Leo T. Gaje Jr. and Masters Edgar Sulite, Ner Riodeca and Ted Lucay. Grand Master Moralez received his Sokeship in 1994, for Hsin Lu Chuan Shu Tong, and is the current recognized grand master of this system. During this time, he also studied Gung Fu under the supervision of Saint Adeogba of the Gan Gun Martial Arts Temple.

Tuhon Gaudiosa Ruby, Director of the United States Kali Association, Inc. and the Filipino Martial Arts Hall of Fame promoted Soke Moralez to the rank of grand master (“Punong Guro”) of the Kilos Paru Paro Filipino System (of which he is the founder) in 1998. The Kilos Paru Paro Filipino System is a Filipino Martial Art that is a combination of various established and recognized Kali, Arnis and Eskrima systems including the Pekiti-Tirsia, Laban Tulisan Eskrima, Lameco Eskrima and Comjuka Kali systems. Tuhon Moralez has been recognized as an honorary member of The World Filipino Martial Arts Association for his teaching and propagating the combative arts of the Philippines in the United States.

In 2005, Tuhon Salvador Moralez and the Kilos Paru Paro System were recognized for their substantial contributions to the Filipino Martial Arts, and were given membership in Arnis Philippines. Tuhon Moralez was conferred the honor of membership within the Philippine Olympic Committee by Grand Master Roland Dantes, Chairman of the International Affairs Committee. Additionally, Tuhon Moralez was extended an invitation to come and teach his system in the Philippines with the opportunity to teach at the National Police Academy in Manila.
